All institutions subject to the Access to Information Act are required to post summaries of completed access to information requests within thirty calendar days after the end of each month.

Please note that summaries of requests focusing on personal information or third party proprietary information will not be posted. Informal requests or abandoned requests are similarly not included.
The Access to Information Act establishes the rights of all individuals and corporate entities present in Canada to have access to information contained in federal government records. The Access to Information Act came into effect in July 1983.
